Warm Roofs – Transforming conservatories into an all year round living space
Living Space Design and build are specialists in Warm Roof installations. We can supply a variety of warm roofs, but our best seller and a product we promote because of its extra benefits, and high quality craftsmanship is the SupaLite warm roof. These types of roof can be fitted onto your existing conservatory or added to a completely new design.
The Supalite warm tiled roof significantly increases thermal efficiency levels. With a U-value of 0.18 it means your space is warm in the winter and cool in the summer months. There is also an option for different coloured tiles and guttering of your choice.
Free Design Consultation Service
Every customer, before paying a penny will receive a free design consultation. Before any building work begins you will be able to see how the new conservatory, orangery or garden room will look when added on to your home. This will be in the form of a computer generated picture added to a photo of your home.
Once you are happy with the design, we will project manage, co-ordinating all the relevant trades: builder, electricians and plumber etc. It is important to us at this stage that whilst the project is ongoing, we keep the mess and upheaval to a minimum.
