At the Helm

The 8RC team is passionately led by ex-Norwich City Football Club (NCFC) employee, Steve Balmer-Walters. Steve worked for the Canaries for four years as their Head of Retail transforming NCFC’s sales and profitability, taking the retail division to best-in-class status. Aside from football, Steve has a demonstrable track record of success working for some huge national retailers such as Jaeger, Mothercare and Ecco, to name a few.

A Real Local Business

Since 8RC launched 18 months ago, the business has employed five members of staff who all live in Norfolk. As Steve is passionate about 8RC being a true local business, he vows to only employ talent from the area and only use local third parties and suppliers too.
