Key to our market is North Norfolk’s growing appeal, beautiful countryside and coastline - some call it the “New Cornwall” all within easy reach of London. With an increasing number of second homes and holiday lets our aim is to remove the stress out of distance home ownership. We offer a 24/7 key holding service as well as property maintenance, cleaning and even guest changovers, meet and greets. We cater for a smorgasbord of homes ranging from small cottages to rambling 18th Century Farms and pride ourselves on our prompt, polite and efficient service.Sometimes customers just ask us to pop round to check their place is okay, we stay in touch with texts, email pictures of any concerns even offer a 24 hr 4WD all weather response to alarm calls.

We offer grounds care and lawn service as well as looking after the flourishing number of swimming pools in the region. From changing light bulbs, fitting new locks all with our in house handyman service to laundry care - no job is too small or too big. Our welcome packs started off with just fridge essentials and bread now it extends to wine, flowers and occasionally champagne. Many of our properties are listed buildings so external repairs must be conducted sympathetically. We have a panel of local trusted tradesmen should any specialist work be required. Our meet & greet service provides a friendly welcome for guests, clients, friends and family. One popular request is our hampers which is thoughtfully put together using locally sourced food. My Wife Jenny ensures that each home is clean and fresh giving that hotel feel from the moment you walk in.

All year round care and attention

Lawn care is not just mow only in summer, we provide all year round lawn care from aerating, feeding and weed suppression there’s a lot in cultivating a healthy lawn - and manage a number of lawns of residential properties we’ve got the experience and the right machinery. We operate in partnership with our clients often we are their eyes and ears, we highlight issues early, preventative maintenance and avoiding health and safety issues.
